About Jess
I’m a UX researcher and product partner with over a decade of experience spanning branding agencies, startups, and large tech organizations. I hold a master’s degree from Northwestern, which gave me the expertise to run my own business.
My work has focused on helping teams navigate complexity, evaluate ideas, and make better product decisions. UX is my sweet spot as it sits at the intersection of human needs and business reality.
Outside of client work, I publish a Substack exploring Celtic history while living on the Oregon coast.
